Where do we live? – Children explore the features of London from the river Thames to City Parks and Urban developments. Using physical theatre they become familiar with different landmarks and why they are important. 

Around The World – Through a range of stories and dances from around the world children discover what each country is like physically and how it changes people’s lives. They see the different varieties of animals, cultures and celebrations. The session is run using a game structure where the children have to plan a route around the globe and stop in 5 different countries and collect either a story, dance, piece of music, or artefact from each one. The leader becomes the Elder in each country visited and introduces them to one of the above.  This project can be a residency that runs over half a term.
